Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Mother Mary Soap Co, provides two shipping options - Economy Shipping & Express Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Economy Shipping 

Our standard Economy Shipping is free in Canada (excluding remote & airstage locations) when your order value is over $100. Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Orders below $100 are subject to a shipping fee. Mother Mary Soap Co. ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at time of shipping. 

Express Shipping 

Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada (excluding remote & airstage locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders outside of Canada at this time.

RETURNS 

We stand behind our products and happily accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with the original purchase receipt.

To request a return or exchange please e-mail us at returns@mothermarysoapcompany.com or give us a call Monday-Friday 10:00AM-5PM (EST) at 1 (905) 836-8403. We may ask that you return the unused portion of your item(s) to us using a prepaid mailing label. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post to your account.

Damaged products: While we package our items very carefully to avoid any damage during shipment, sometimes an item may arrive slightly damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away so we can get you a replacement as quickly as possible. We may request a photo of the damaged item(s), and we may ask that you return the damaged item(s) to us using a prepaid mailing label.

Change your mind? If you decided you no longer want your order, we will happily accept a return within 7 days with proof of purchase. If you are returning your order because you have changed your mind, you will be required to send the order back to us and you will need to pay for the cost of shipping. Once we receive the items with the proof of purchase we will issue a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post to your account.

All items sent back to us must include the original purchase receipt along with your full contact information.
